What is personal data?

When the company collects your information
When you indicate your e-mail address submitting a support ticket in the ‘Contact Us’ section of the Website or when you sign up to a newsletter or when you reach to us via e-mail, telephone, post, or contact forms, we may retain your personal details and those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your tickets, provide you with a newsletter and improve the Website.
